Additional Office Capabilities
- Job Files - we maintain both a hard copy and an electronic copy of all the documentation pertaining to each site such as A&E drawings, data sheets, structural analysis reports, purchase orders, packing slips, etc.
- Closeout Documentation (ie: redlined as-builts, sweep test results, ground test, height verifications, photos, occupancy permits, lien releases, warranties, etc.) is completed per the customer requirements. We work very hard on these closeouts to make sure they exceed industry standards, and are professional looking, complete and sent to our customer in a timely manner.
- Sweep Test Results – WCI has the equipment available to perform sweep testing services and we are able to import these files into an Adobe file for electronic (email) transmission and labeled as required.
- Invoicing/Billing – WCI complies with all invoicing procedures required by the customer and as stated in the contract.
- Insurance Certificates – if Certificates of Insurance (COI) are requested there is a very quick turnaround and always completed per the customer’s specifications. WCI carries a Ten Million Dollar ($10,000,000.00) General Liability Insurance policy.
