Douglas Wright and Mike Sullivan previously owned and operated Atlantic Telcom Services, which was established in 1992 and sold to SBA Network Services in 2001.

 

Prior to this venture they both spent 12 years working around the United States for Gabriel Electronics, which manufactured and installed point-to-point microwave antennas worldwide. Stan Brown worked for Atlantic Telcom Services for 5 years and then went on to be a Territory Construction Manager for SBA from 2003 to 2005. Stan is also a certified welder.

 

Field Technicians

WCI currently has six (6) full-time antenna/tower crews consisting of one (1) foreman and three (3) technicians, all of our crews are experienced in all facets of the tower industry and have many certifications.  The antenna foremen have a combined wireless construction experience of 75 years.

 

  • All employees have been trained and certified for ComTrain tower training and rescue.
  • All employees are CPR & 1st Aid certified.
  • All foremen are Anritsu certified for complete testing and sweep documentation.
  • Each crew performs safety chats daily and completes a Job Safety Analysis report.
  • Each crew is equipped with all necessary trucks, hand tools, test equipment and laptops to properly execute projects to meet our customers’ specifications / needs.

 

WCI currently has five (5) full-time civil crews that perform all excavation services.  They are also qualified to complete custom built indoor equipment rooms for our Wireless Customers if required.  Almost every aspect of construction is performed by WCI employees and with our equipment.  This helps to ensure that our customers’ deadlines are maintained and executed on time.  The civil foremen have a combined wireless construction experience of 47 years.

 

Project Management

WCI’s project managers are responsible for bidding on jobs, overseeing construction and field personnel, ordering materials and customer relations. Qualifications include; Andrew, RFS, Nokia and ComScope Connector certifications as well as Anritsu, ComTrain and RSI RF Awareness. They have a combined project management experience of 123 years.

Each project is unique and WCI prides itself on the ability to adapt to each customer's need and provide the highest quality service.
